FG Announces 18th and 21st April as Easter Public Holidays
The Federal Government has confirmed that Friday, 18th April and Monday, 21st April will be public holidays to mark the Easter celebrations.
This was announced by Interior Minister Dr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, via a statement issued by Dr Magdalene Ajani, the ministry’s Permanent Secretary.
Dr Tunji-Ojo urged Nigerians to reflect on the message of Easter — especially the values of compassion, sacrifice, and hope. He also encouraged everyone to take some time to pray for peace and unity across the country.
